A shy high school girl dreams of becoming a fashion designer, but given her personality and lack of communications skills has little hope of breaking through. Instead, she is mostly idle, listless and bored at high school. On her way home one day she hears music emanating from a building. She meets a girl her age singing and playing an instrument.
